As a project we understood the demand and commitment required due to the sheer scale and nature. As an energetic scheme we were able to aide in a full package as well as cover scope gaps found in better than projected lead in periods.

Boatman’s House

There have been challenges to overcome with the existing structure, but thanks to a great team effort these works are due for completion imminently. As of January 2021, steel balconies are now installed up to 6th floor, with the steel extension due for completion by end of February.

Ashford Outlet

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford has become one of the world’s greenest shopping centres following a £90 million extension that includes Europe’s largest living green wall. The project also included the construction of kiosks, management suite facilities, public toilets, retail storage, a visitor information centre, and associated service yards.

Greenvale School

The project consists of glazing constructed from the Technal range of products which incorporates sliding doors, curtain wall and full re-tractable side hung vents. The cladding elements will be constructed from feature red zinc bands and infill areas of Cembrit direct fixed boards.

Regents Wharf

Following site surveys of existing structure and careful design incorporating modern products that
are sympathetic to the surroundings,
will achieve the aesthetic aspirations whilst ensuring current performance requirements and regulations are met.

Twickenham Station

Appointed by Osborne to complete the installation of rain-screen cladding, curtain walling, doors, windows and balustrades throughout the development, while working within a live rail environment.

Hob House Court

We developed a proposal utilising a curtain wall outer frame with “glazed in” Schueco AWS 115 bonded Vents,
which achieved the desired aesthetics.

Sussex House

Once the existing facade had been removed and the remaining framework was exposed, it was clear this would not be a standard build. The original 2 storey public house had been extended vertically a number of times and each level presented a different issue and construction method.

Basildon Cinema

We are progressing well with the installation of Aluprof Curtain Wall system, Zinc cassette and shingle panels, SFS framing, Soffits, and GRC features cladding.

Sovereign Court

We worked closely with St George to complete various elements of the facade.
